The first impression you want is one that says "Welcome home."
I strive to make sure that message is presented in my images. Potential clients want to see themselves in "Feel good" environments. Welcoming. Warm. Cozy. If they can see themselves living here, chances are good they will want to look further and see the property for themselves. Using Eyefrogs Real Estate Photography is the best way to that end, and to closing the sale. A good realtor will offer the services of a good professional photographer. If you aren't using one, you are missing a great opportunity. With sessions starting at only $99 with Eyefrogs, it is quite simply a no brainer. Experience matters.
Welcome home.
A little note about HDR photography. Some of you have heard of it. Some of you haven't. I see it is used (and overused) quite a bit in some realtor's listings. I can certainly point you to one realty company who uses it almost entirely with every high end listing if you are unsure what it is. In my humble opinion, it makes photos look dreamy and very unrealistic, if not used correctly. I do incorporate HDR into some of my images, but I only do it in subtle ways and I will never give your images that look that is over processed. I am accomplished in its use and applications, but only use it where I deem necessary. If you prefer that "look" please let me know. Thank you.
"Hi Kevin, this is Laura from last Thursday, and I just wanted to jot a quick note to you. You made our place look even more beautiful than we already think it was, and because of that we are already under contract! So Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You do wonderful work and I will make sure and tell people that. Thanks again!
